Cleveland case a lesson on sex, law and responsibility
When 27-year-old Marcus Porchia made a just out court appearance, he had more to worry about than being one of 20 suspects accused in the immensely publicized gang rape of an 11-year-old Cleveland girl.
Porchia was in court for a standing report on the rape charge from nearly a year ago. But he also was daunted by paternity testing, completed in June, that found he had fathered a babe with a 13-year-old girl - leading to a second charge of aggravated procreant assault of a child.
Plus, he had been recently summoned for a paternity evaluate that declared him the father of yet another child with a 17-year-old girl in San Jacinto County.
At the same dated, another defendant in the gang rape case, 22-year-old Kelvin King , is fa a second charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child. He is accused of showing up at a popsy's slumber party in Cleveland and forcing himself on a 14-year-old in 2009.
They are among at least six of the gang-rape defendants affected in additional sexual assault and paternity cases that occurred before and after the gang-rape indictments. Of the 20 defendants, five juveniles and one 21-year-old have entered conscience-stricken pleas in the 2010 gang rape.

Why are our soldiers there? Why are they going for these people who hustler out their kids, their nephews for gang rape? When Muslims do this to their own, no-one cares. When Israelis set up a few apartments on their own estate, that’s prime mover for insult.
