No charges have been filed against Greg Kelly, who issued a declaration saying he "strenuously denies any wrongdoing" but has stepped back from his duties as co-presenter of "Good Day New York" on Fox 5 while the investigation is underway, reports  CBS New York .

A partner claims that Kelly, 43, met her for drinks on Oct. 8, and then assaulted her after the two went to her slash Manhattan law office, one person familiar with the investigation told The Associated Host on condition of anonymity. She told authorities she was intoxicated and not capable of consenting to sex, the personally said.

She said she became pregnant from the encounter and had an abortion, according to a law enforcement authorized.

Chilling charges have been brought against a New Jersey father. He’s accused of forcing teenaged girls to videotape him and a skirt from his congregation having sex at a motel.

Prosecutors say Divine Moises Cotto had a mind-blowing, risqu surreptitiously. Investigators say the trusted churchwoman of Congregation of Yahweh in Newark was forcing teenaged girls to videotape him having sex with his girlfriend at a Linden motel.
