A Lufkin man who managed to get a probation ruling in July for having inappropriate relationships with two underage girls now faces confinement time after allegedly violating numerous probation terms.

Tuesday's nab of Joseph Michael Weeks, 20, comes just four months after he had to last 10 days in jail for violating a term of his probation.

According to Dustin Fore, a head with the adult probation department, the district attorney's employment filed a motion to adjudicate guilt on Weeks after they discovered he was drinking spirits, viewing pornography, using the Internet, having contact with minors, associating with felons and imperfection to pay fines, all violations of his probation terms.

Fore said the put one's faith is requesting his probation be revoked to prison, where he could serve a sentence between two and 20 years.
