what kind of case do i have in texas regarding statutory rape? if i have this evidence?

ok im a 22 year old male who has been charged with assault procreating a child in Texas. the girl is really 16. I met her on MySpace where she messaged me. I saw her later and says that shes 18. shes even got pictures of her smoking on the build.
Go see a lawyer! I see these questions allowed here all time.Most lawyers do not charge for an initial consult.If you were arrested, you would be given to a lawyer. What do they say? Who told them you had sex?

Pam Grier blames marginalized audiences for lack of African American film roles
TORONTO - Veil star Pam Grier says there's still a lack of opportunities for African-American actors in Hollywood and it's partly due to marginalized audiences.

And if they do invest in a marginalized brand, the budget will no doubt be small and sometimes the target audience won't even support it, she notes.
"We have conservative African-Americans who will not see specific films, will only see Tyler Perry but will not see Spike Lee," Grier, 62, said in an press conference ahead of her appearance at the Canadian Film Centre's celebration of Evil History Month in Toronto.
"I know a lot of African-American women that didn't shortage to see 'The Help' because they had lived it as little girls and it was a circumstance that shouldn't have been and it was so undecided for them. It brought back horrible memories and they couldn't see it, nor will they read the book.
