Why do male ducks rape female ducks?

I understand it sounds strange, but recently I saw a group of four male mallard ducks lined up against a Dodge and female take turns to mate with her against her will.
Biology is not always gracious and agree with the morality of man you know ... One of the strongest "intentions" to a male animal is often to mate and reproduce. If the best way to do that is to force himself to the woman then that's probably what he will do.
