PFLAG Perspective: Past, future, and the magic moment in between
It was my live in San Diego PFLAG annual ceremony where awards 11th, as I have seen, the present and the future merged briefly late.
SD PFLAG scholarship ceremonies have always been edifying events.
Olivia Dorman, skills committee chair, event organizer and master of ceremonies, has mastered the technique and it has everything with enthusiasm, humor and just a little coaxing. She knows how to listen to the cats.
This year, the unveiling was held June 27 at our regular monthly caucus, held at First United Methodist Church, 2111 Camino del Rio South, in the valley of Purpose.
PFLAG scholarships were established to recognize outstanding contributions of seniors LGBT school too, undergraduates and graduate students, who are also residents of San Diego County to further their application.
